This is your agreement with us.
Please read this agreement carefully and retain it for your record. By participating in the Program in any way, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and agree that you will comply with all applicable laws. This agreement contains a provision (see section __ below) that all disputes arising under this agreement require mediation and you are revoking the right to submit class or group claims.
You may not use the account to engage in any transaction other than the transaction described in this Agreement. Subject to the other terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the proposed products and services at any time without notice and we may apply fraud monitoring controls that may reduce access to money or the spending limit. to protect our members.
Use our membership site/account
To use our website to make purchases or products and/or services, you must not be residing in an authorized country of the United States and you must be at least 18 years of age (provided that certain third-party merchants or service providers may impose age restrictions ). (1.) Use your account. You acknowledge and agree that you may not use your account for any illegal purpose or for any purpose that violates the Credit Street Policy.
Return rights. You acknowledge that Heworker is not a bank, money service company (MSB), money storage system or demand deposit institution. Purchases are deposited for freelance spending purposes. Within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of all necessary information and payment for our funds and services, you may request a refund of the unspent principal amount of your transaction (less the applicable transaction fee). Currently, no refunds are possible via cryptocurrency, ATM or Skrill.
(2.) To activate your account, we must consent to your access to the required disclosures electronically. If you do not agree to the electronic release of these documents, you will not be able to participate in the program. Your consent applies to all documents provided electronically with the program, including periodic statements and notices.
(3.) If you consent to electronic access to the document, we will not need to provide you with a copy of the document and we may charge a fee for providing you with a copy of the document as described elsewhere in this Agreement or otherwise. You can obtain paper bill documents by manually printing them at no cost. If you decide to withdraw your consent to electronic disclosure, you must notify us at Heworker Inc 30 South Crescent, MAENCLOCHOG SA66 6ER. These notifications will constitute a notification to terminate your account and participate in the program.
We do not approve employees seeking jobs:
(1.) Complete many tasks in a single task
(2.) Explicitly encourage clicking on ads / pop ups, unlock a page, refresh page X times, reload,
(3.) Play games (or similar) to get things done
(4.) Spam or damage to another website or person
(5.) Promote violent / non-violent content or programs
(6.) Promotion of illegal activities
(7.) Websites dedicated to pornography are involved
(8.) Exchange of money between payment systems
(9.) Disclose personal information (unless you select a lead)
(10.) Use a credit card or provide bank account details, or use any form of payment.
(11.) Sign up for sites that require a membership or activation fee
(12.) Sign up for a free 14-day trial or similar offer that may take the risk of unintentional payment after the free offer expires.
(13.) Create fake reviews or testimonials for products or services. Any given review or testimonial must clearly state that they have been compensated and the statement is still true and accurate based on actual experience.

We charge you a fixed fee ("fee") for your use of our products and / or services. All fees are set to a separate fee schedule available at https://heworker.com/pricing.php (hereinafter "Fee Schedule"). Fee Schedule may change you at any time without prior notice at our own discretion, before approving any transaction, you will be advised online about the fees applicable for such transaction. In addition to the fees payable for a transaction, due to insufficient funds available in your account or other insufficient, errors, we may cause you to face chargesback, refund items and other issues or delay in processing the transaction you requested. Or you provide us with incomplete information. All fees are paid immediately.
Personal information and privacy
You need to keep the information related to your account accurate and up to date. Continued use of your account with incorrect information may be considered a breach of this Agreement by us and may result in termination of your account. You agree that you may need to provide additional information at any time in order to participate in our program. From time to time, we may also obtain information from third parties (including but not limited to credit or identity verification information) to ensure that you are authorized to use your source of funding (s), verifying that your source of funding (s) is in good standing. Or otherwise verify your ability to participate in the program in accordance with this Agreement.
Our responsibility to you
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you will be entitled to a refund for any unauthorized or incorrectly completed transactions from your account and, where applicable, your account will be restored to the state where it was unauthorized. Or incorrectly edited transfer did not occur. However, there are some exceptions. Neither we nor our respective agents or subcontractors will be responsible:
(1.) There are complaints of loss or damage due to our failure to complete the transaction properly (without mentioning here);

Disclaimer of Liability
Unless otherwise provided by applicable law or as provided by this Agreement, (i) in no case shall we be responsible for the delay or non-delivery of any goods or services, agents, service providers or otherwise, and (ii) Heworker Inc or its agents or service providers. The only remedy available to you.
In providing you with the Program, neither we nor our agents, service providers or subcontractors make any disclosure or warranty to you for the Program other than as described in this Agreement and for all implied and statutory representations and warranties, special purpose, commercial or non-infringement. With no warranty limitations on fitness, this explicit disclaimer is permitted by us for the maximum limitation.
In case of any negligence, we or our affiliates, holding companies, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, service providers or subcontractors will be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, special, consequential, punitive, incidental or incidental damages. Basically, for intentional misconduct, tort, contract or any other theory of law, or for any loss of data loss, for loss of income, for failure to receive adult financing.
We further disclose any and all liability for any products or services you purchase or sell that have been resolved through your participation in this program.
Conflict between you and the supplier of goods or services outside of this Agreement
You acknowledge and agree that:
Any dispute between any of your third parties regarding the order of any product or service purchased by you through the program will be between you and such third party only and SMM Inc cannot be a party to any dispute, including any dispute involving third party functionality or such. Any claim by you regarding the supply, quality, quantity, validity or use of third party products and services; And
You will protect, compensate and retain KredStreet Inc and its affiliates, agents and service providers against any third party claims regarding your purchase or any such third party product and service through the program.
Errors, complaints and unauthorized transactions
How to notify us of errors and unauthorized transactions: You should contact us immediately if you believe that (i) one or more of your transactions had an error, (ii) your login email or password has been compromised or (iii) someone has Has (or will) transfer unauthorized funds using the account. You may be liable for an unauthorized transfer depending on when you notify us of such unauthorized transfer. If you do not notify us of an unauthorized transfer within sixty (60) days after you make a statement that the unauthorized transfer first appears, you may be solely responsible for the unauthorized transfer.
How we resolve errors and unauthorized transactions: We will notify you of the results of our investigation within ten (10) working days after you provide us with the above mentioned notification. However, if we need more time, we may take up to 45 days to investigate your inquiry. If we ask you in writing for your complaint or question and we do not receive your response within ten (10) working days, we reserve the right not to credit your account.
For new account or point-of-sale transaction related errors (if applicable), we may take up to 90 (90) days to investigate your complaint or question. For a new account, we can take up to twenty (20) business days to credit your account for the amount you think is incorrect.
Within three (3) working days of the end of our inquiry, we will advise you on the outcome of our inquiry. If we determine that there were no errors or unauthorized transactions, we will send you a written explanation. You may request a copy of the documents we used in our investigation.
At any time and without prior notice, we may withdraw or cancel your participation in the Program and thereby terminate this Agreement. You may terminate this Agreement by contacting Customer Support at Heworker Inc 30 South Crescent, MAENCLOCHOG SA66 6ER or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org, regardless of whether you or we have affected any prior obligations relating to you. Existing accounts at the time of termination. Upon completion, you can request that any remaining funds be returned to the original source of funds.
You may not transfer or assign this Agreement to any person other than our prior written consent, whose consent may be withheld in our sole discretion. We may assign to you our obligations under this Agreement without your consent or notice.
Agents and service providers
We may engage agents or service providers to provide services to us in connection with this Agreement. For example, we retain Pacific to perform specific functions for us as described in Section 3 above. All these services are performed under our direction and are subject to our supervision and control.
We may amend this Agreement at any time by providing written notice of such modification to the email address you provided to us during your program registration or by posting any such modification on our website. You will be notified at least twenty-one (21) days in advance of the effective date of any change, which will increase your liability, reduce the services provided by the bank or restrict your right to carry out transactions or withdrawals.
Applicable law, dispute arbitration and class claims waiver
(1.) (3.) Unless resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement above, any claim, including matters relating to the scope, interpretation or applicability of this Agreement, will be resolved by an independent arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then-Consumer Arbitration Rules ( Available) www.adr.org/Rules-A), and will be arbitrated in Florida, unless you wish to leave the hearing in person or conduct proceedings electronically (by telephone or videoconference, if available). Each party will bear its own attorney, expert and witness fees. The arbitration process cannot be combined with other members. Third party claims will not be included in any arbitration between the parties. This section 26 was created following a transaction involving interstate commerce and will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. 1-16. Except for the amount necessary to enforce this arbitration award pursuant to section 26 or hereinafter, the parties waive all rights to the court or jury to resolve any claim.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed amended to the minimum necessary to make it valid and enforceable and the remainder of this Agreement will not be affected.
